The cloister complex built in 1102 with church, conclave, outbuildings and cloister garden is opened to visitors. A 30-metre long panoramic image illustrates the history of the Hohenstaufen dynasty. Guided tours are held regularly, also especially for children. The complex has full wheelchair access.
The welcoming marketplace with its appealing street cafés brings together 800 years of history. If you are interested in urban history, a guided tour of the historic city centre is highly recommended.
