If you would like to know more about the professional culinary arts, you can watch our top chef’s fingers at work in a cooking demonstration. Once the demo is complete, participants are served with the master’s menu. If you would like to put your own culinary arts to the test under professional supervision, this is where you can book an after-work course with like-minded hobby chefs.
All hobby chefs who wish to discover the culinary tricks of a professional can be there when top chef Rolf Straubinger creates his spring menu. Seated on comfortable stools around the elegant stove in the Paulux Culinary Event Studio in the castle’s historic barn, you won’t miss a single trick.
The course includes a welcome cocktail and culinary taster, wine and mineral water during the class, a recipe file, "Edition Rolf Straubinger" seasoning salt, Nespresso and a 5-course evening meal to close.
