At Burghotel Staufeneck, you’ll find both. “oifach andersch” (simply different in English) truly lives up to its name: a modern brasserie concept with Swabian roots, a vibrant “to-share” approach, and a chef who works right at your table – flambéing, carving, or plating dishes before your eyes.
