Section 1 General

a) If you have granted us your express consent to process your data, Art. 6 (1a) GDPR is the legal basis for this processing.

b) If we process your data to carry out pre-contractual activities, Art. 6 (1b) GDPR is the legal basis.

c) In all other cases (in particular when using a contact form), Art. 6 (1f) GDPR is the legal basis.

RIGHT OF OBJECTION: You have the right to object to data processing that is based on Art. 6 (1f) GDPR and does not serve direct advertising for reasons that arise from your specific situation at any time.

However, in the case of direct advertising, you may object to the processing at any time without stating reasons.

(1) Purpose of processing

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics utilises cookies.   1. Right to correction: If your information is not (or no longer) correct, you may request correction in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR. If your data is incomplete, you may request that it be completed.
  1. Right to deletion: You may request the deletion of your personal data pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR.
  1. Right to limitation of processing: In accordance with the provisions of Art. 18 GDPR, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  1. Right to data transfer: Pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer of this data to another data controller.
