What are the check in and check out times?

The rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. An earlier check-in or later check-out always depends on the occupancy on the previous / next day and must be booked for a fee. We can only provide information at very short notice

 

What are the breakfast times?

From Monday to Friday we offer our rich breakfast in the “oifach andersch” castle restaurant from 7 am to 10 am, and on weekends from 7.30 am to 10.30 am.

 

Can the pool and wellness area still be used on the day of arrival before check-in and on the day of departure after check-out?

This depends on the occupancy of the hotel. We can only provide information on this at very short notice. In connection with day use, we charge 50% of the room rate.

 

Is it possible to use the day spa?

This depends on the occupancy in the hotel and can therefore only be booked at very short notice.

 

Are pets allowed?

Dogs are very welcome with us. Special dog rooms have been set up in the hotel for four-legged friends, with parquet floors and easy-to-clean fabrics. Please understand that only dogs are allowed.

 

Do I have to reserve my table in advance?

Yes, we recommend that you reserve a table in advance. At the moment, this is primarily necessary to guarantee a smooth reception but also contact tracking.

 

Do I have a guarantee for a table on the terrace when the weather is nice?

We try to take the wishes of our guests into account and reserve the tables after receipt of the reservation. We can therefore not give a guarantee.

What are the reservation times?

Shared enjoyment. With this motto we start the evening in our gourmet restaurant "fine dining RS". We look forward to welcoming you in the restaurant from 6.30 p.m. You can choose your menu, whether 6 or 5 courses, until 7.15 p.m. The common menu evening starts at 7.30 p.m. with the Amuse Gueule. If you want to join in at a later date, you can look forward to 5 or 4 courses.

Can there be several events taking place on the facility on one day?

Yes, events can take place at the same time in the castle barn, in the banquet hall and in the conference rooms. These are spatially far away so that they cannot interfere with one another.

 

How long can you celebrate?

You can party until 3 a.m., after which we will ring in the last round. At 3:30 a.m. our staff will finish for the night.

 

How are children's menus calculated?

For our little guests, we will discuss a separate menu from our children'sselection with you, which will then be calculated accordingly.

 

Is “after-service” served in the main course?

Yes, as soon as all guests have been served the main course, we then start with the after-service.

 

How is the parking situation on the premises on a wedding weekend?

There are plenty of parking spaces available both inside and outside the castle. If there are several events and normal restaurant operations, there may be bottlenecks.

Are you traveling to a party and your room is free from 3 p.m.? In that case, we will find a way that you can freshen up or change clothes on site for the celebration.

 

Are there barrier-free toilets?

A barrier-free toilet is available in the hotel, gourmet restaurant and in the castle barn. We always find a suitable solution for guests in the castle restaurant and banquet hall - the staff toilet or the toilet in the hotel can be used here. The best thing to do is to inform us about your requirements when you make your reservation.
